@Saxophone3784 No. I'm using Opus on medium effort for pretty much everything. I'm able to comfortably use a $20 plan this way.
I haven't really played with Fable that much because I'd rather use my tokens to get stuff done and Opus' capabilities are fine. If there's a failure, it's often because my prompt wasn't specific enough.
