Potentially a positive outcome IF they give the AI a basic objective like "find the best person for the company" and the AI is not stupid.
Both of them are big "IFs", but I think it's harder for management to literally write a prompt saying "fill this company up with useless diversity hires", than it is for them to hire people who talk about "best person for the job" but do that anyway...

It's not just the HR "peoples" fault. Those directives always came from above for the bigger part.

Yeah, the Blackrock thing is just maddening because it's the perfect image of human-scale Rat Utopia, and it just doesn't seem that there's any cure for it except collapse and hardship. They will always eat the seed corn, they will always starve, nice things cannot be had.

It sounds like reaching when one is unaware, but all of that was about removing whites from positions of power and future prosperity for as long as it is maintaining keeping those policies up.
All of that was pushed hard by... elites, to remove white men from prosperity created by whites.

How many white families in the west will not exist at all because of our long term thinking is used against us? Fewer or no kids at all for the ones get married.
The economy is bad and getting worse, cost of living going up, criminality going up, punishment for crimes going down, having kids is getting "expensive", men aren't allowed their spaces, women need to attend email factory daycares, men compete with the women that could be their wives and at disadvantage because of those policies, social atomisation and alienation, and several other factors.

@cjd @wizardmanperson @geistigbehindert Yeah, I don't know how they can't see it. My employer at my site was >90% white male in leadership. The corporate DEI communication started and we are now <30% in the same positions in 5 yrs. All the metrics are worse and they just keep doubling down.

4My personal conspiracy theory is that a lot of these companies are just manifestly unprofitable, and they are going to collapse, blah blah "great reset". Cycling out all of the white male workers beforehand is a way of preventing an actual guillotines scenario when the collapse comes. Instead it will be a race war.
