why are many Europeans going to Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia so thin, especially thin in arms and legs? I thought it was drugs, but it might be climate

@kaia I have nary seen someone with considerable flesh on their body habitually indulge in hard drugs.
So if I'm reading this right, your initial idea might not be far off. I don't know what they're selling in SE Asia, though.
