10He makes decent points but it's so laden with internet tough guy bullshit I can't take him seriously.
But then I'm not religious, so I have no predisposition to take offense at his jabs against Christianity.
It's not the jabs at Christianity as much as it is just the fact that he's another soulless take seller complaining about the enemy while sucking on the teat that he proclaims to hate. There is nothing this guy is saying that hasn't been said a thousand times before by smarter people who have never been granted revenue sharing. I just despise grifters.
I think you're right, but my account is basically hyperbolic overreaction. The emotional "feel" of what should be done, soon, ryenao if possible...
...and that's just one of the takes of my account, most of the rest being off-the-cuff witticisms and through-their-own-eyes self-mockery of the self-righteous something-doers.
This is a broad topic but anymore and it hits tl;dr, gonna hafta quoast
The time simply isn't yet as much as we chomp at the bit.
I’d gladly sacrifice myself for my kids’ future
But I don’t want to run into a hail of machine gun fire for no reason
Gonna be real, about the only real strings that actually hold me down are the fact I don't want my kids to be fatherless or my wife without a provider.
Most importantly, that account used the name Fern as an example of an elderly lady's name rather than big tiddy purple haired demure girl, which is really out of line and out of touch with reality
Serious note: Current conditions are bettering in terms of the everyday Whites' takes and openness to information adjustment, but conditions are worsening in terms of a sure back foot to stand on and pivot society from (a homogenous home), so the clock seems to be starting and winding down at the same time. I take it that the higher probability is of the system collapsing and then being replaced rather than being overthrown.
"You use this as an excuse to not act now."
I don't see (yet) a homogeneous home (safety for loved ones) should the providers sacrifice themselves to observably suicide-mission-tier doom. The consequence is assured and the benefit a wish.
Again, just in current conditions. And--again--the conditions are worsening in terms of having that homogeneous home/corner that I believe is essential, having been an ingredient historically at the least. (Even the reconquest of Spain had this for a footing.)
Maybe as this society dissolves and finally fractures hard once, people will then physically move and group (chaotically)--particularly as more people are holding at least some of our understanding in common as the days go on. Maybe then, once we live in the same land rather than scattered across a continent as we are now, we'll have shared physical footing rather than just shared ideological.
In that day and under those conditions, I think a lot of the inter-bickering about ideology among ourguys will be set aside, too.
I say this with zero tough guy-ism or sarcasm. I truly fear the monster I'd become if I had nothing left to live for, maybe well intentioned monster...but a monster nonetheless. Family and Christ alone are what keep me grounded.
