@mushroom_soup He was vaccine truster before. Also cancer affects your brain, in my experience a lot of people prefer to give up, especially old ones.

@Marakus Anti medicalism on the right has gotten out of hand, just yesterday I saw someone on Twitter say that eating beef tallow was an appropriate substitute for taking literal antibiotics
@mushroom_soup A lot of people simply cant afford medicine, and it spawns a lot of "alternative medicine" scams. It happened in late ussr/post ussr. A lot of fucking wizards and miracle doctors selling snake oil, cure by fucking magical mail, energized via tv water. When proper medicine loses trustworthiness status, and becomes unaffordable, scammers become unreasonably popular.
