4though aesthetic-wise 17th century knight armor is not my favorite, I think its super cool! the use of the word "bulletproof" came from smiths that would test their harnesses by shooting at individual plate armor
@vitalis exactly! I can't stop thinking about the era itself y'see. The concept itself is cool, paired with the historical events of that time it makes it even cooler.

I think its really interesting because the era is such a brief window in which we see both plate armor and pistols being used. by the mid 17th century, knightly plate armor was rapidly phased out
@vitalis don't you think it would make a great setting for a fantasy story?
