The Habsburg ills was not from inbreeding but simply occurrences that could have happened to anyone. Or am I supposed to believe that every time I see someone ugly they're the product of generations of cousin marriages?

Health issues will presumably manifest long before physical deformities.

But yeah, it's possible to avoid negative effects, just not likely. But again, it takes multiple generations before it gets to that point anyway

@Inginsub @JulioReich @histoire3 this is probably because the habsburgs were exposed to more poisons and had a less natural lifestyle than cleopatra's dynasty!
