@cjd @C_J_S @unabomber Wait, so are we advocating for foreskin restoration or violence?
@cjd @npub1mts2l7rsvgpqxdc8sk39e50fpntw0p7eamq8pp3kek5h6k7qemzq83ueyt @matty Thank you for the content brother! This ties directly into my study of Managerial Authoritarianism.
@cjd Gardening? Your weeds must be insane there.
@cjd That would be like charging a battery with (coal powered) electricity, then plugging a space heater designed to look like a fireplace into it to heat a living room compared to a real fireplace with real wood (or coal) in it.
@Robert_Edwardly @black6 @cjd @BowsacNoodle Moisture + Hair + Cheap TP + Friction = "Debris"
Toilets should have blow dryers though. I want one of those fancy Japanese toilets that does everything and talks to me. I want to program it to say, "Yum! Yum! Yum!" like the cookie monster. 😅
@BowsacNoodle @black6 @cjd @Robert_Edwardly And then we circle back to the issue of apes and invaders not understanding how to do any of this correctly, wiping themselves with napkins or paper towels, and throwing it in a trash can that was never meant to be used for this purpose, undoing all of the hygiene advantages of modern day plumbing, and turning public restrooms into third world shit holes.
@BowsacNoodle @black6 @cjd @Robert_Edwardly Post shower towels are used once, or possibly twice at most and never shared between washes. The hygiene issue is made more significant (in the eyes of Americans) with anything touching the butt. Of course, the obvious solution is paper towels which would be dispensed in a trash can, instead of being flushed, but because TP is designed to be flushable, trash cans are rarely included close enough to toilets in men's restrooms for this to be a solution.
@BowsacNoodle @black6 @cjd TP is unsuitable when wet to any significant degree. It can't be used to drying purposes because it leaves debris behind. Bidets create a moisture issue that requires a drying solution compatible with septic systems (rural areas do not have sewers), and tp is generally effective for the purpose it serves without complicating an already surprisingly sophisticated engineering problem with additional moisture. And I'm not sharing a butt cloth with you. No thanks.
@cjd @black6 @BowsacNoodle The funny thing is that I've used toilet seat bidets and still find toilet paper (except in public restroom settings with the thinnest, cheapest, most abrasive paper coming out of impossibly frustrating dispensers) more preferable. I think the issue comes down to discipline in some weird way, and that at least in America, it's difficult to trust strangers to use sanitary tools correctly. Toilet paper is designed to be hard to fuck up, and invaders still use it wrong.
@BowsacNoodle @black6 @cjd I agree. Fuck toilet paper, we should all go back to wiping with our fingers.
@black6 Let's not forget that in the same way that Europe finds itself unfortunately suffering from regulatory over reach that has left the masses suffering, the US (albeit to a less existential degree) has also found itself in a similar situation with issues such as regulations on vehicle emissions which has decimated the small and mid-size diesel vehicle industry. Instead of pointing and laughing, we should be learning valuable lessons from their real and unfortunate suffering.
