If you provoke a confrontation and then shoot the person it isnt legally self defense. Provoking niggers and asking "are you gunna chimp out" shows that getting them on camera being violent was the goal, so shooting them when they do it is attempted murder.

He also shot himself in the process, which means he shoots like a faggot.

Except you're not. If you have a legitimate fear of bodily harm or death, lethal force is lawful. It's called self defense.

Whether the law will be followed in any given area is now debatable.

Case law holds that unarmed confrontation isnt enough if you're standing and not cornered

He's just wrong when he says you can never use lethal force against an unarmed assailant. That's just fucking retarded as fuck, as any reasonable person with an IQ above 80 intuitively understands.

The law never requires you to just "take a beating" because it's just fists. Fists can kill. A reasonable person can use lethal force if they believe death or great bodily injury is imminent. Even an equal match can become a lethal threat through specific situational shifts that cause you to reasonably believe your life is in danger or that you will incur great bodily injury. If you were attacked by multiple unarmed assailants the justification is even easier.

Reading the articles, according to Chud, he was confronted outsude a court house by a black guy who apparently knew who he was. He told chud that he better not say his "chimp out" stuff to him and then started swinging. Basically Chud appears to have alleged that he was hit before he had a chance to say "nigger".

The fact he was confronted at a courthouse after a hearing suggests the guy was lying in wait. He knew Chud would be there because of another hearing.
