I can't stand those things, the smell turns my stomach. I'm a tea bloke all the way. Honestly I drink way more in winter as I make them just to warm my hands and guts. I shall be on more water as it warms up.

Hey man even the 'ingredient' list on typical sodas reads like a dark sorcerous incantation or the shopping list for my cleaning chemical cabinet.

And 'low fat' foods are packed with sugar and all sorts of nasties to compensate. The ingredient list on low fat yoghurts, for example, is frightening tbh.
