I ate too much earlier I feel so fucking bloated. Why did I do this to myself

I ate myself sick in a five-star restaurant over the fall, had 2 stiff drinks (2 more than norm), & fainted against wall in bathroom.

Thought boomer lady was gonna call cops on me. Be careful.

@GoyGirl So what were you doing at this restaurant. What did you eat. I had a burger and poutine and it was way too much. I dieted pretty hard last summer so I shrunk my stomach a lot and now I can't eat even close to what I used to

Anniversary dinner. I nurse & can often out-eat a lot of dudes, but think it was halibut, & just so many sides, etc... not used to mixed drinks.

It's very real to have diets get us, though. I get histamine/nose responses fast to gross foods since I ate so clean so long.
