apparently it worked...the internet says the father wasnt charged...and an appeals court gave the driver 15 months prison...

it seems this all took place in the netherlands or something like that over a decade ago...who knows what would happen today...

should have given him life. i don't understand why we are so lenient on automotive murder. that Charlottesville guy got boned hard.
