Both great.
I use a lot of olive oil.

Though olive oil is the best, least harmfull vegetable oil. It can be argued that plant based seed oil is one of the 3 major causes of obesity.

While butter has never caused anyone to become fat.

But best of all is animal fats, such as beef tallow, Pork lard and duck fat are the best fat you could ever eat.

LCHF has worked for decades now, without people getting sick, on the contrary.
