There is plenty of time for a pardon, I would expect a pardon after the midterms.
You think he will or will not be pardon. Using Trump's past behavior as a guide, I believe he will be pardon before Trump leave office. Am I wrong?

The White House officials confirmed President Donald Trump will not pardon SBF.
SBF financed weaker candidates in the GOP Primaries to improve Dem chances in the general.
He's lucky not to be on death row.
I could easily imagine Trump pardoning SBF, all he has to do is flash paper - Trump can't resist making a buck.

Well then he's not worth anything to the dems either so no one cares. For them, it's critical that election integrity does not pass because it will decimate them.

SBF was a trader, I'm sure he understands his position. Maybe if he turned on the Dems and named names, but at this point, what difference does it make?
