@WandererUber @DrRyanSkelton My impression is these contracts already existed and they were buying them. If they sold some of them and didn't recieve the payout, that would not make it any better honestly.
This also screwed the importers who are now losing most of the value of the refund. This is beyond the pale. The importers who sold these contracts had more faith in Trump's tariff policy than the fucking Secretary of Commerce did!
