I've been good. Just been working on a new house i bought back on the 21st. It's Dubbed The Cozy House. Costed me 77,000$. How have you doing?

Yup. I found out at the end of it. It wasn't the seller trying to screw me over like i thought. He was more then happy to give me the house. It was the relator screwing me. he was messing with the house price. he wasn't supposed to be doing that.
