First thing to do and this is hard for a lot of people, is to THROW ANYTHING IN A BOX THE FUCK OUT OF YOUR HOUSE. I love Oreos. I think Cheeze-Its are divine. I haven't touched one in six years now. All of that processed stuff is what is causing inflammation and digestive issues. Get rid of it all. If there's anything you want to learn how to make that you know you like, chances are I know how to make it from scratch. That's sort of my jam.

Speaking of which, I have to go pickle a bunch of peppers to turn into hot sauce.

Today, I learned that an elderly White couple who lived in the bend on our road (we're right on the edge of Really Rural Hereโ„ข) retired to Mississippi. Well, their grandkid and his wife bought the house and property. They're in their late 20s. They already have four beautiful White babies, and plan on having more. That's a 200% increase in our White population for our little neck of the woods, with more on the way. I'm pretty happy about that.

Concur. I'm dealing with exactly such an issue right now. I had a VA therapist tell me yesterday that "the only legitimate forms of PTSD are 1) combat/being shot, 2) physical assault 3 being raped". Seriously. Just like that. Would not budge.

So, rather than experience despair as I try to work through the rubble that is my life, I am going to make him famous.
