We got one here a few years ago and I feel it's a bit overrated.

The bathrooms are phenomenal, the gas is .30-.50/gal cheaper than anywhere else, but their food is pretty meh. I've tried the BBQ, kolache, and breakfast burritos. Nothing impressive, wouldn't ever get food there again. Cowboy candy also is far worse than what I can make. All made with corn syrup and ingredients that aren't food.

Does seem like they pay their employees well.

Not saying this thing isn't shaping up to be a dumpster fire of epic proportions, but... I dunno, the soundtrack being what would have been period music? Kinda cool.

Little wire brushing and a coat of oil and it doesn't look too bad. (I've not used it (yet))
