Pomf rate limits have been increased significantly to allow extracting data off of Pomf if important files need to be extracted before the temporary shutdown.

Per-request rate limits have been upped by 10x.

Bandwidth rate limits have been upped by 3x.

@nimt I viewed pomf as competition to catbox because it was a good motivator for myself, but it's better that we treat file hosting like this not as a competition but something to work towards together because there are so few of us left after all the attacks and legal and financial challenges thrown our way.

catbox is a nulled customer.
