after hearing about the tiktok censorship and privacy policy that tracks your immigration status and sexual orientation...I decided to download rednote.

Honestly...tiktok USA is fucked if this thing gains real traction:

- the privacy policy is absolutely awesome compared to anything western like Facebook.

- signup was fucking simple. Took less than a minute

- auto translation means...you can Chinese frens?? 😦

- the content is actually funny and relevant. No AI slop.

Again, I cannot stress enough...

- its just as fast as tiktok and never touches an American server.

- includes a live room feature that's basically a seamless twitch integration.

- has a ONE PAGE human readable privacy policy that does NOT share your gender immigration status or sexual orientation with the US Government.
