Gotta read the whole chapter. You can't cherry pick.
Corinthians is telling you not to step outside of marriage and gives some general advice about marriage. It's not contradicting the OT. Again, read the whole chapter.

Whoa whoa whoa whoa.
He did not sell himself into slavery. He asked for her hand in marriage, the father demanded that he work seven years. Then the father lied and gave him a different woman. He's still had eyes for the original woman. Doesn't mean it was right. It just means that's what happened. Sin apparently entered into the world before that. Go figure!
Don't claim that something is right, just because it's been around for a long time.
