Okay, I have an #XMPP/#Jabber question that I can't find a great answer to.
On fedi, I can have an alias @liv@oliviaappleton.com that points to my profile. Is there a similar thing I can do for XMPP? I would ideally like to redirect to an arbitrary domain, so like liv@oliviaappleton.com would point to username@example.com

1@LivInTheLookingGlass The server you're aliasing a DNS name to must also have a valid certificate for the original domain. And the alias is for entire domains, not single users. I.e. you can run your XMPP server on xmpp.example.com but have all your user addresses be user@example.com.
