Remember in 2021 where people decided it was perfectly fine to fire people over not divulging medical information, or not taking a procedure? Yeah, predictably it turns out that can be a huge problem.

1Obligatory addendum: "single payer healthcare" doesn't fix this at all. There are innumerable ways medical information can be weaponized against people by institutions. Not only that, but advancements in how people can be "modified" to better suit deteriorating working conditions are only going to add the things that will be forced onto people.
Medical ethics and privacy generally (but especially medical privacy) have to be solid red lines if you want any hope at preventing all out biodystopia.
