In medieval England, every boy or man of at least 7 years of age had to spend half of every Saturday in archery practice. This, modernized, needs to be normalized across the west. At least one weekend per month of drill and range for all able-bodied men and boys of sound mind.

@coldacid I wonder what the effect would be on our young, if they had boxing and archery as classes in school every week?
