Even in Ukraine, they're actively importing jeets to replace the White Men they're pressganging into the meat-grinder; they're not sending those same jeets to the front.

If they enact an active wartime conscription across the EU member states, they're going to do exactly the same thing; they might conscript these brown into a "Home Guard" or a Gendarmerie or something non-deployable, but the pressgangs will be grabbing White Men.

And those pressgangs will be the brown.

Don't get me wrong, they would LOVE to do exactly what you say, but they're against a wall here.

The Ukraine thing works because Ukrainians, even if they don't really want to fight, are still patriotic.

Most of Western European is on the edge of a civil war already, and mass conscription would undoubtedly be the spark that lights the fire. Russia would just arm the rebels and sit back while every ounce of possible resistance evaporates.

Anything that upsets the French will result in either Le Pen coming to power, or a total dissolution of the 5th republic (peacefully or otherwise). In either case, they'll then proceed to quit the EU and be sure to destroy it on the way out to make sure the other states can't gang up on them - so nothing will be asked of the French.

Germans, British, and Polish are the most likely candidates for fighting power, but the UK is becoming more chaotic so they're probably out, leaving basically Poland and Germany.

I think they're gonna try to build a brown fighting force, because even though it doesn't work in the long term, it doesn't instantly start a civil war either.
